These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wizori's website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Builder Thinking. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Wizori platform, including all features, tools, and content provided through our website and embedded viewers.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" refers to any vibes, episodes, narration audio, visual assets, or other materials created, uploaded, or shared through the Service.
"Credits" refers to the virtual currency used to access AI-powered features within the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using email or Google authentication.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Credits and Billing

3.1 Free Tier

Free accounts can watch all published vibes but cannot generate content. No credits are issued on the free tier.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Starter subscribers receive 1,500 credits per month (rollover cap 3,000). Creator subscribers receive 4,500 credits per month (rollover cap 9,000). Subscription plans and pricing are available on our pricing page.

3.3 Credit Usage

Each generated episode costs a flat 60 credits, regardless of length or topic. Credits are deducted at render time. Unused credits roll over up to the plan cap.

3.4 Refunds

Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Use automated means to access the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Service

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Builder Thinking and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate vibes, including episode scripts, visual assets, and voice narration. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
You assume full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content

7. Publishing and Sharing

When you publish a vibe, you acknowledge that:

Anyone can discover and watch publicly published vibes
You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with applicable laws
Vibes can be set to private at any time through the Service
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDER THINKING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your content may be deleted after 30 days of account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
